To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shiv Chakra Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, or incorrect customer details.
