At Shiv Chakra Sarees, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly different from the order placed.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products that are used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, sale items, clearance items, and products purchased during special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Note
Minor color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or display settings. Such color variation will not be considered a defect.
